General Manager is responsible for
directing and arranging all activities of a
Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service location.
The General Manager oversees the P&L, steers
sales, and provides guidance to all employees
and processes for the center.
The Service Technician performs
diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating,
ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
and accessories. The Service Technician speaks
with residential and/or commercial customers to provide
answers to any and all questions, resolve concerns,
and ensure complete customer satisfaction. The person
in the role also advises the customer of recommended products
and services and works under the guidance
of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.
Installation Technician performs HVAC equipment
and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial jobsites. The
person in the role
also completes installation and service on IAQ equipment and
products, as well, and has the expertise
to comprehend controls and wiring diagrams
Customer Service Specialist takes care of customer
and billing inquiries with the highest measure
of consideration and professionalism to resolve
customer issues with a single-call
resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also charged with supporting
day-to-day running of the Service Experts Heating and
Air Conditioning service location.
Dispatcher, using company radio and pager processes,
dispatches customer information to Installers, Service Technicians, and
Maintenance Technicians. The person filling the position also corresponds
with the customer to confirm the customer is informed
of scheduled appointments, answer questions,
and to help resolve issues. The Dispatcher
effectively plans and routes the most suitable
technicians in accordance with established company guidelines.
