I was quote for a 4O gal tank - when it arrived it was a us 40gal — so it was really a 32gal tank - in insisted on a larger version as quoted and they then charged us twice additionally without correspondence or contact? … so the tank was billed at 400.$ more than quoted . ..have made 3 calls to them and no return calls ..poor service .and scammers

initially reached out for a service/repair quote through their website. The reply I got back said to call their office. Both of my calls ended with no quote and being told to call back later. Day 3, I decide to visit their physical location only to see a sign saying they've moved and to visit their new location. Currently working with Legacy, and have an agreed upon quote and service date. All via text. Turn around time of 30-45 minutes.
