I had Ryan come to my home today….what a pleasant young man! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to and deal with. Thank you Ryan. Margaret jones. All my interactions with McKinley have been very positive, starting with Amber who answered the phone who was cheerful and very helpful, then Landon who was very professional but friendly and explained everything, then Shawn who went over all details with us, explained things, was friendly, not pushy, but very professional, then the installers Stephen C and Kyle who arrived on time, placemats on the floor, worked diligently but with laughter; were very friendly, respectful, and did an excellent job.
