Excellent service for electrical matter. Shane came to do some trouble shooting on an electrical problem where all of my lights in the kitchen were flickering. Shane was professional, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and he checked everything thoroughly. Shane went above and beyond what anyone could expect and I can't say enough on the service given and how Shane put me at ease especially dealing with electrical matters. After my experience, I will definitely contact Enercare McKinley for all of my electrical needs and would highly recommend that you contact them before calling any other electrical company.

We requested an HVAC check. Travis Day was sent here to do this for us. He called first, he was polite and professional and he did a terrific job of explaining things. My dad’s furnace was turned off by a house inspector before it was sold. He didn’t know and thought it had suddenly failed. Ryan came over, fixed it immediately and refused payment. A true professional and gentleman with unquestionable integrity. Thank you so much for your help!

Since they practically begged us for a review, here it is.. We had a repair tech come out to look at our AC system as it wasnt working anymore. They sent along a sales rep as well. After determining the AC was too old to repair and there was damage to the furnace, we decided to go ahead with a new furnace and heat pump. In the process they killed our pilot light and didnt reignite it and we didnt find out until we had a really cold day. Then the day finally came for the install. They sent a couple install techs to do the job. Throughout the entire job all they did was complain about the job. They tore our baby gate out of our wall, used a foundation mount after it was clearly requested for a stand for the heat pump and they installed it blocking my water valve for my hoses. They had to call in the supervisor multiple times because they weren't able to get the job done on their own, and drilled extra holes in our closet. After everything was installed the units work good. However we recently found out that the water supply line to our sprinkler system got damaged when they removed the old AC unit. When I spoke with the sales rep about the issues, I got ghosted. I am extremely disappointed with the entire process and how they handled things. I would not recommend using them.

Recently McKinley/enercare did an excellent job replacing my hot water tank in my 1956 home, so I just had them install a furnace and central air conditioning too Shawn was fantastic at assessing and explaining the options, and preparing me for how installation would go. Installation team of Ron and Daryl and others (including their electricians) were excellent. Everyone in the entire team was friendly, and wanting to do a good job that I would be happy with long term. Every effort was made to keep my home clean and tidy and to make things go smoothly. I felt as though they did the kind of good work that they would do in their own homes in mine. I would definitely use McKinley again in future. Thanks everyone!

Callaghan was our technician , came this year for the maintenance of our furnace . He was very kind advised his arrives previously. During the visit was efficient and suggested some concerns about the water tank . I really appreciate his services and the membership with Rob Albertan

Shoutout to Stephen,Melcor, Gabriel, Nicolas, Ryan Enercare Technicians for their courteous and professional work on our new air conditioning and whole house air quality system installment. They are a great team and a valuable asset to Enercare McKinley!! Our air conditioner was installed in 2008, we receive regular spring maintenance on the unit. We new that AC may be on her last legs and the AV Technician Evan G. from Enercare McKinley validated our assumptions. The numbers were not good Evan was able to show us real time numbers and made suggestions to correct the issues that could cost in the vicinity of a new AC without any guarantees. It was time to put AC to rest as she had served us well for 18 years thanks to annual McKinley servicing. Evan G. is a valuable asset to McKinley as he was very courteous and professional and highly skilled with the assistance of modern measuring techniques. We were very appreciative of the assistance of Rhonda W. a Sales Consultant whom we asked to attend to give us options. "Wow" to put it mildly, Rhonda introduced us to a number of new products that were available to us from McKinley on a monthly rental fee. The efficient cooling and heating in one system calls for either when required to make all rooms in your home comfortable. The savings on energy alone would be cost effective as well the monthly rental fee includes a new unit regular maintenance and replacement if required. We added a whole home air quality unit and a upgraded water purification and softening system at rental rates even seniors can handle. Rhonda W. is very courteous and knowledgeable and is a valuable asset to McKinley. Installation and maintenance and replacement if required at no additional cost. This Plan also carries over to the new owners of our home if they so wish. The $1500 Mastercard we received as a promotion is an added bonus!
