My furnace broke down in the cold weather and McKinley Heating Service sent Oleksander over to fix it, very good service technician he had it fixed quickly and at a reasonable price and gave good advice about replacing it.

My experience with Launi Ambler was awesome. Launi is very professional, friendly and informative. She is the best technician to have visited my home over the past 15 years. She is extremely on top of her trade and very intuitive of upcoming issues. Launi has saved me from having emergency issues twice in the last two years. I totally trust her ability to diagnose and help me to avoid bad situations. As I have my equipment inspected and tuned up every year, I can only hope she will be assigned to my home every future year. Launi truly knows her stuff. To see a female be a front runner in a trade previously dominated by males is SO refreshing. McKinley is luck to have her. Thanks again Launi.

Steven Doring, an HVAC Technician with McKinley Heating, once again provided me with superior service. During my annual furnace maintenance, he found a number of small issues that he was able to fix. He took the time to explain his findings and the mitigation measures he applied so I had a comprehensive understanding of what he had done. Steven is very professional and friendly. I always feel that my furnace is in good hands when he arrives. I would recommend McKinley Heating to anyone looking for a new furnace or work done on their existing one.

The technician clearly informed me of what could be the problem and solutions. I will scheduling another appointment in the near future. Update: Steve was here fixing our upstairs zone control. He quickly got it working properly and told me what I should do and not do if it happens again :-D

Great service, highly recommend!!! Our furnace quit working in the middle of the night at -20. The lovely ladies answering the phones sent Launi out that evening to inspect what was going on and put a repair plan in place. Launi was knowledgeable, transparent with a diagnosis and wonderful to deal with during the entire process. Speedy service with a smile. Thank you Launi for getting heat back into our home. We appreciate all that you did for us!

Absolute lifesavers! 100% recommend. I called at 8am with a dead furnace feeling panicked and cold, especially with it being -20 outside. By noon, the repair team had arrived. My repair worker was Evan and he did an absolutely perfect job: fixed the problem completely, explained the issue, and was very thoughtful about everything. I hope I don’t have any furnace issues in the near future but I will be calling McKinley if I do. Fully recommend, excellent company!
