I was a service plan member since Oct 2021. I had annual service inspections done each year. In September of 2025 I discovered that the filter in my high efficiency furnace had not been changed since November 2022. Yet each year I had them out to inspect and service my furnace, steam humidifier and dual hot water tanks, their service report provinced all checked in good condition. This company cannot be trusted to uphold their warranty. Very disappointed.

Had our annual A/C servicing done today. Service advisor was Jason. He called ahead, was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all our questions. We’ve been McKinley customers for over 30 years, very happy with the service.

Vince and his crew did a fantastic job on the work they did installing my new AC unit. Very friendly and professional. Explained everything and the work they did was worth every bit of a 5 Star review! Chris who set everything up for us and explained a lot of things about possible problems from the previous furnace install was top notch.
