Took their service last week. The technician showed up. I paid $125 plus tax. He could not say what was wrong. Non stop furnace fan running was the problem. He tried to figure out but could not and just said the fan was running and that was the reason. The problem did not stopped. I called them and same guy showed up. He was not sure what was the issue. You might have to replace thermostat. I have the ecobee thermostat and he was dumb and zero knowledge about it. He could not figure out what was the reason but again tried charging me. He was like I charged you a day ago just to show up at me door! I had arguments asked me the reason for furnace fan acting weird. He could not give reason and tried to charged me twice. I called another company and they fixed it. They first visited for free and charged for repairs and labour. This company is a scam. Just be aware of them

Devin and Oleksander installed our new Lennox furnace and did a fantastic job. Very efficient and clean crew, finished much sooner than expected. McKinley has also installed our air conditioner and tank less water heater and is our go-to plumbing service.

Great service once again. Aaron and the service tech arrived within hours of my call and we're able to schedule me in quickly for a water heater replacement. That was done by Ryan and Steve. They were fast and efficient. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I appreciate the fast and efficient service from all including the operator who took my call.
